Sandra Macià


With a trajectory backed by many years of experience, Sandra Macià has consolidated a solid and versatile professional career in the field of performing arts, developing with excellence as a dancer, choreographer and teacher. His absolute dedication to dance from a very early age decisively marked his artistic journey, building a professional identity based on constant work, discipline and a strong vocation for the creation and transmission of knowledge.
Throughout his career, he has complemented his training with studies and specializations at a national and international level, drawing on various methodologies and scenic languages. This open and continuously evolving approach has allowed him to develop his own style, with a contemporary look that integrates technique, musicality, expressiveness and body research.
As a choreographer, she has explored creation as a space for dialogue between movement, concept and emotion, developing proposals where body narrative takes centre stage. His choreographic work is characterized by a special attention to detail, the construction of physical language and the care of interpretation, promoting processes where creativity is combined with technique and artistic coherence.
Sandra’s journey is defined by a constant commitment to dance and the performing arts, understood as artistic practice, educational tool and engine of personal and collective development.
Choreographer of the shows: Time, Mujeres Solteras Buscan, El Mimo de la callo D, Destino Trazado, Sinergia, Give, Origen and Human 21′.
In the commercial field, he has developed choreographic works for brands such as Audi, GAS, Mercedes, Mini and Nike.
He has also been part of the jury on multiple occasions of competitions such as Burgos–New York (Spain) and Finals International Dance Competition (Germany)
Within her career, she also highlights her work as a movement director in video dance projects, including Dones Terra, Believe, Energy, Cossos d’aigua and Try me.




In addition, Sandra Macià is director of Dancescape, a multidisciplinary-plinary dance school with more than two decades of experience, focused on urban dance and training that combines technique, creation and scenic experience for different ages and levels, with a current and community-oriented look.
She is also director of The Best On, a professional choreographic contest conceived as a meeting point for the creation and dissemination of pieces, which brings together proposals from different origins and promotes exchange between artists, the public and the sector, generating opor-tunits of visibility, professionalization and network.
She also directs Zoocreative, a project aimed at activating creation and ex-permentation processes between artists, accompanying ideas in the initial phase and promoting collaborations, laboratories and pieces in development, with the aim of providing context, resources and visibility to new proposals.
